Heather has written the book ‘Women on Top'. This book focuses on 13 Australian women and how they made it to the top in business and balanced their lives. Heather is married with 2 children and lives in Sydney.

While Lidia's background has been in Hospitality and Tourism and resides in Sydney .

Samantha started off training as a Registered Nurse followed by working in the financial markets for 10 years. After her first child she pursued designing and manufacturing the very famous "HAMMBAG" and studying Occupational Health and Safety.

There are offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

We started originally with You’ve Been Gifted so we could offer corporate gifts that were different enough to be exciting, but still well priced. Then moved into the promotional products arena with you've Been Promoted. Our company is now 3 years old with the majority of our clients being corporate. We, ourselves prior to YBG had been in this environment and had got tired of receiving the same old corporate gifts and boring promotional products and decided we could do much better.

HOW WE DO IT!

We suggest that clients call or email, provide us with a description of the gift recipient/s (eg: male/female, red wine/white lover, etc) budget and reasons i.e. type of conference, is there a theme? Or alternatively view our website, www.youvebeengifted.com.au which directs you to the corporate gift area or www.youvebeenpromoted.com.au for all your promotional products like promotional pens. Once we have all relevant information we shortly email images of our ideas and you make the choice, or ask for further ideas.

We source corporate gifts for all occasions or promotional products, the later which makes up 75% of our revenue. Both areas were not showing value for money for our clients; people would simply give them away, not get excited and not remember who or why they were given those promotional pens! We wanted product that was useful and unforgettable to clients – the whole idea of effective promotional products and thoughtful gift giving.

Customer service is crucial to us, so when setting up You’ve Been Gifted and You've Been Promoted we made sure all of our clients would only ever speak to one of the three Directors, allowing both parties to form a good business relationship. Plus we keep the history of all orders taken, so doubling up on corporate gifts or promotional products to your clients will not happen.

We check items before they get sent out to confirm all branding is correct and that there are no damages. We hold all our suppliers and branders in high regard and demand quality results. That way you as the customer should always be thrilled with the results.
