Warehousing, distribution and pick and pack – why and when is this service a good idea? 

So you order merchandise and you have no room in the office, or you order merchandise constantly that needs to be warehoused and then send out to many locations throughout the year and your business doesn’t have warehouse and pick and pack facilities?   COVID19 hits and you have ordered merchandise, but the offices are not open for delivery? 

So many reasons why this area of merchandise is so important and completes the process for ordering and distribution. 

For us, we work in a small office close to the city, but we have 2 large warehouses operating in outer west Sydney that we use for different purposes.   COVID19 sees mainly storage as the reason.  This is great for businesses that don’t need to worry about their merchandise and event equipment that is not being used and warehoused during the downtime. Everything is logged and clients can see at any time what they have in stock. 

During this time, we are also doing a lot of pick and pack and making up individual gift packs to go to home addresses around the world,  normally we would send to offices and convention centres in bulk around the world for them to distribute at events or to staff, but 2020 has been a year for new things.  Like many things during COVID it has been enjoyable dealing with people instead of offices for delivery and meeting individuals all around the world.   

So outside 2020, Warehousing, distribution and pick and pack is a great short-term and long-term solution to manage events and all merchandise worldwide. It also allows you to order in bulk at cheaper prices and then use the merchandise throughout the year.  The merchandise when needed is shipped using your freight account of choice or we use ours as we have good rates with most local and overseas shippers. 

Accurate and Lean Inventory warehousing means we can show you which products move the fastest in order for you to increase your stock, and explain the products that you have too much stock of since they do not move that quickly at present.

Effective Flow of Incoming Goods,  means all goods that arrive at the warehouse from either our orders or your inventory will be sorted and stored in the appropriate manner, and we notify you on each shipment that comes to resupply your inventory.

Quick processing of outgoing merchandise means the shipment of outgoing merchandise proceeds in a quick, correct manner. Warehouse will be able to locate products for incoming orders without unnecessary hassle to ensure that the outgoing merchandise proceeds on its way as soon as possible. This is often done with little notice and that is not a problem.
