By utilising our online stores, you can now centralise all of your ordering. Save money by bulk buying & protect your brand, by ensuring that all items that showcase your logo are consistent with your brands guidelines. They are fully managed, coordinating everything from inventory management to dispatch… We have an extensive range of stock and locally sourced items, as well as sourcing & producing custom made products offshore. There is no set limit to the amount of products that you can have available in your store. We are here to help & assist you with endless options, that are specifically suited to your brand, budget & target market.
Each online store will have its own login to a protected page within our system. Images of your range of branded products are displayed with stock availability, breakdown of sizes available for clothing and an inbuilt shopping cart, designed to make ordering easy. This online solution enables your Marketing department, employees, or your area managers to order any inventory items they require - in whatever quantity they need, whenever they need. Your designated Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact, will work alongside you to manage your store. To avoid any of your products being SOLD OUT or unavailable, we will contact you to advise stock is low (based upon an agreed level being reached for each item). We will never reorder stock without your authorisation or consent. Your Account Manager will manage the relationship between You’ve Been Promoted & your Procurement/Marketing department.
Warehousing and distribution of your stock is also available, working hand in hand with our online stores. Logistically, we organise delivery Australia wide, with the option of a standard or priority freight service, depending on how soon you’re needing it. All inventory is kept up to date, with stocktakes and reports provided weekly.
